Roots are back again for the third time
Third year in a row dealing with root intrusion and the plumber keeps snaking through the clean-out as a temporary patch. Starting to wonder if there's a better long-term fix or if clean-out access can even be used for something more permanent like hydro jetting. What worked for you guys?

We did the yearly snake routine for almost four years before realizing we were basically paying rent to our tree roots. The clean-out absolutely became more useful once a different plumber used it for hydro jetting and camera inspection instead of just another quick snake. That finally showed where roots kept getting in. Jetting bought us time, but pipe repair was the real long game. I found how much does hydro jetting cost and is it worth it helpful when sorting out what clean-out access can actually do beyond temporary fixes.
